Mr. Fleuette stated that Agent Graf has a serious illness and the emergency meeting was to be sure all duties of the office are addressed until Agent Graf is back or we have more information on his situation.
It was discussed that for the time being all general questions and complaints will be addressed once a week and the Board will field those calls.
It was also discussed that food inspections could be covered by Tara Gurge and Bill Fisher. The professional service fees have already been budgeted to take the Board through the end of the year.
Two to three vaccination clinics are run each Fall at the Senior Center. Mr. Fleuette could possibly assist with these clinics but believes that Laura can track clinics and transport back.
Mr. Fleuette motioned to take the necessary steps to provide services by the Health Agent by contracting Title V inspection and plan reviews with two or three individuals, by fielding food inspections thru our current inspectors and look to authorize monies out of the Professional Services account. The service fees will be determined at a later time; Ms. Gorham seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously.

Mr. Forte motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 pm; Ms. Gorham seconded the motion, and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn.
